I was so impressed with the staff! It was our dog’s first groom and she was so comfortable! They did an amazing job! Will definitely be coming back

I totally LOVE this place, but more importantly, my dog totally loves this place!! The concept itself is fabulous: not only is Bow's and Bandana's kennel-free, but it's a place where dogs get to play with other doggos before and after their grooming sesh. My dog Tater LOVES playing with other dogs, so the fact that he can have such a positive association with B&B (and not only think of it as a place where he is bathed and trimmed and spruced up) is super!! But a terrific concept wouldn't be worth much if it weren't executed well, and the awesome staff here executes it with complete and total success! Extra shout-outs to: Dee is an organizer extraordinaire and keeps everything running so expertly. Michelle, the owner, is fabulous too. And Meghan is so talented and attentive and clearly loves the doggos and loves making them look and smell their best. (I haven't met all the groomers here, but I am sure they are top-notch!) Tater got so many compliments on his fantastic look, and I always tell people where he got it :-) Tater is a bit on the anxious side, and I'm guessing he's not crazy about getting groomed (I'm sure he's not alone there!), but after just two visits, he's already

Everyone on the staff was wonderful. The dogs all looked happy and like they were having fun. My dog seemed to have a great time. She was happy when I picked her up, and they did an amazing job with her. She looked beautiful and trimmed up nicely in all the right spots. Who knew there was a thin dog under all that fur? She came home with a super cute bandana on, and she smells fantastic too. Now that we've found Bow's and Bandana's, we won't be taking our pup anywhere else. We loved it!

The staff is just amazing. They treat the dogs with that special added touch. The dogs roam free before and after the grooming. Michelle and the staff go nuts when I bring in my four beasts (3 huskies and Pit mix) The whole staff looks forward to what mischief my dogs can get into. The level of experience you get here is nothing like the big box places that have interns or first time groomers. Try them, you have nothing to loose!
