You simply couldn't ask for a better gym community or more supportive environment. The owner and staff are all extremely knowledgeable as well as approachable. I highly recommend checking them out--particularly if you are a woman. I think we all know how quickly a gym can be ruined by creeps, and that is absolutely not an issue here.

BGPH is an amazing community of professionals and inspirational people. Coach Nikki Stock and Coach Stephen Burba are some of the most knowledgeable wellness and performance coaches in KY. They took me in and taught me how to be the best person I possibly could and how to lead others to do the same. BGPH will always have a special place in my heart.

Great gym with a family feel and a gym dog! This is the first gym that I have ever felt comfortable working out at. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I can’t stress how great of a personal trainer Burba has been. He has patience and encouraged me to push my limits while enjoying it. You won’t find a better trainer than him. Nikki is always there for any questions or help you may need.

Not just the best gym in BG or KY but I count this as one the best gyms in the entire world!!! Only positive vibes here and people are working to goals and not just hanging out... Update: it gets better and better every visit. The knowledge here is not even measurable... amazing
