We brought our two dogs in for a trial day, and we will not be going back. To start, we were told that they'd have a scheduled nap time from 11am to 1pm. Which would have been totally fine. But when we checked on the cameras periodically we noticed our dogs were kenneled for a while. After about 4 hours we called and they said they're doing great and interacting very well. And that they are actually in the cages for an hour and out for an hour... Contradicting what we were told in the morning. After some discussion, employee on the phone said they'd review the cameras and make sure they have been following this hour cadence. Called back later, apologizing that their stuff is young and actually have had them in there for at least 4 hours... At this point, we have witnessed essentially all of the dogs stay caged for a large portion of the day. The indoor and outdoor cameras showed that the dogs were barely outside of their crates throughout the day. The employee also told me that they had the dogs out in the main indoor area, which was a blatant lie. Not once throughout the day did I see more than 1 dog in that main indoor open area. My biggest issue with this is the inability to be

This is the best place to take your fur babies for the day, or for an overnight stay too. They also have a grooming service that is top notch. We take our two pups there every chance we get. They have CCTV so you can check on your loved ones which is super convenient. They also get a report card and photo at the end of the day. Super flexible with drop off and pick up. They also learn who you and your pup are quickly so you get personal greetings when you stop in. I definitely recommend them.
