In Wheeling, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in West Virginia, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Let me start by saying that MIKE is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Taking your animal to the groomers can be a bit of a headache and a bit of a heartache but not when it comes to Bow Wow Boutique!! I have a pomchi who requires her hair to be cut every 4-6 weeks because her hair grows so fast and without it cut she gets too hot! I first took her to Mike when she was about 6 months old and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I would never go anywhere else!!! The prices are mind-blowing for the services you receive and when you give instructions and request for your pets look, Mike pulls out all the stops and is able to accurately provide you with an outcome you will for sure receive many compliments for! This is the BEST PLACE IN THE OHIO VALLEY for grooming and you wont regret choosing Mike to care for and shape your pet!!!

I have been going to them for years. I have taken my lab for a bath and nail trim did a great job. Also took my shih zhu for bath, haircut and nail trim did a great job. And now take my shorkie there for bath, haircut, and nail trim does a great job on him. Would highly recommend Michael . He is very reasonable on prices and always thanks me for bringing him my business.

Simply amazing. Michael did grooming on our previous dog, has always done professional work. The man is still truly amazing and puts his heart and soul into his work, and appreciates each and every person and animal that walks through the door. Prices are very reasonable, and our dog smelled and looked so amazing 👏 😍. I would highly recommend 👌
