Bow Wow Billie's Dog Bathing and Grooming

I had a great experience with Bow Wow Billie’s Dog Bathing and Grooming. The staff was friendly, professional, and took excellent care of my dog. The grooming was done carefully, and I really appreciated the reasonable pricing and great customer service. It’s clear they genuinely care about the pets they work with. I would definitely recommend them!

I rarely make reviews, but took my dog to Bow Wow Billies today and was so disappointed. I stopped going because my dogs cuts had become inconsistent, my assumption is because different people were cutting my dogs. I decided to try again today and my dog came back skinned when I only asked for their faces to be cut and privates. I specifically said their bodies don't need to be cut only dusted( if after washing) they looked uneven. Sasha looks great, i think Brandy does a good job, but Thor who was already low is skinned and all the way up to his breast bone and his hair on his head is uneven. There was no need for him to be shaved and he wasn't matted because he gets line brushed every night. Needless to say I won't be back. Prices are reasonable but I don't like the inconsistent cuts.

They were super helpful with helping me get a rescue dog cleaned up! He was severely matted and needed a lot of work. Thank you so much!

I won't take my dogs anywhere else. They are cared for like they are their personal pet! If you aren't taking your dog here you should try them! Billie is an incredible shop owner with an incredible amount of humility, kindness and passion for pet care! Brandi is who one of our dogs is groomed by and is incredible with our Grace! She has boundless patience for all of her shenanigans! Thank you Bow Wow Billie's !!! Customers for life!

3 words: Quality, integrity, care Going through these reviews you can see clearly that not everyone should be pet owners. People thinking a dog biting the groomer is acceptable and then blaming the groomer for your dogs behavior🤦‍♂️ idiots your lucky animal services wasn’t contacted! Having said that I brought a rescued shih zhu who was HEAVILY matted. Billies was upfront and honest about charges for matting (although I expected this, not sure how someone wouldn’t know that) not only that but they worked with me on pick up times as I had a conflicting schedule. If you want someone honest who you can trust, and who does an amazing job go here. If not consider rehoming your pet because they deserve better.
