In a last minute pinch I found Bow Chika Wow Town. We had just put our older dog down with a vacation planned. It truly was a horrible time for all of us. I contacted Bow Chika Wow Town and they made everything so easy and made us feel very good about leaving our puppy alone. Everyday we received a puppy report card with the cutest messages, followed with three adorable pictures daily. We felt like Sammy was with family. I 100% would recommend Bow Chia Wow Town. Everyone there is so nice and you can tell they love all fur babies. ❤️🐾🐶

We will definitely be back! Their customer service is top-notch, and they treated our dog like one of their own. She went in for a grooming appointment and then stayed for a full day of daycare—and she had a blast! Through their app, they sent us photos and a video of her playing, along with an adorable report card that captured her personality perfectly. They even noticed it was her birthday and surprised us with the cutest birthday photo of her wearing a hat, plus a goodie bag! Her first daycare visit was complimentary because it counted as her evaluation, and they also offer a military discount. Even without the discount, $41 for an entire day is incredibly reasonable. This level of thoughtful customer service truly stands out and makes us want to keep coming back. We already have her next visit booked. Thank you!

My dog and I love this daycare, she’s always so excited to walk in and the staff are very sweet to her! Our family dog went there for years and it was the only place I inquired with when I got my puppy 6 months ago. I’ve gotten her groomed here once and they did a great job. The owner is very kind and personable, I’ll always recommend it to anyone in the area

Love this place and so does my dog. They take great care of my baby and she is always excited to go here. We've boarded her several times without any issues. Highly recommend!

Bow Chika Wow Town has been amazing for Ayla! The staff genuinely care about the dogs and make every day fun and exciting. They always have creative activities like agility courses, themed events, bubble parties, and even Taco Tuesdays that keep the dogs entertained and engaged. One of my favorite parts is getting adorable photos and updates throughout the day so I can see how much fun my pup is having. I often sneak a peek in on the play groups during my lunch! We board Ayla when we vacation. Although she is missed, she is well taken care of! There are grooming services on site so she always comes home clean after a week of extended fun! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and my dog comes home happy, tired, and excited to go back. You can really tell they treat every dog like family.
