This place is awesome! It’s become impossible to get our 75 lb Labrador in the tiny showers at our condo. This place worked perfectly & was definitely worth the $13 I spent. Our girl Tula was comfortable using their bathing station & hopped right up into the tub! She loved smelling all the BBQ grill smells from Willie’s. The water was cold at first but warmed up after a few seconds. I brought my own shampoo to use but had extra time left to rinse so I added their conditioner. Now she is silky, smooth & soft! I’d come here again & definitely recommend it to anyone with a big dog.

The $14 we spent here was well worth not having to bend over our tub or deep clean our bathroom afterwards. When we got to Blue Lagoon we were able to see that the room was in use thanks to the large window overlooking the parking lot. Once the other owner was done, we went in and were able to lock the door which is a really nice feature, especially if you have a reactive dog or dog that likes to run. We read reviews before coming and decided to bring our own shampoo. I’m so glad we did because the shampoo/conditioner they provide is watered down. The water was warm the entire time we bathed our dog and their blow dryer got her dry faster than we ever could at home. We will definitely be doing all of her baths here from now on. Pro tip: If you have to wait for the pet spa to become available, head next door to the car wash and take some time to vacuum the dog hair out of your car.

Great dog wash spot! Very clean. Love that you get the whole room and can lock the door (the other one I've been to was just stalls, so you could have several dogs in other stalls barking/crying/etc) I did bring my own shampoo due to not liking the diluted solution at the other dog wash I have tried. The shampoo they provided here seemed alright but I prefer the one I brought. The blow dryer and vacuum both worked great and overall I will definitely be back! Why use the dog wash at all when I have my own shampoo, you may ask? Well, I would suggest YOU try to throw a 90 lb german shepherd into a bathtub at home and try to bend over to bath him. The ramp/table are super convenient and much better on my back. The water hose is far nicer than me tryer to use cups/buckets in the bathtub, but the water is warmer and a better pressure than trying to use my outside hose on him on the ground. And- the best part- if his fur goes flying I do not have to deep clean my bath tub. I can just use the hose to rinse the wall and leave; no fur-clogged drains for me! These dog washes are so nice for when he needs a bath but doesn't need the full groomer experience.
