I had my truck washed yesterday by Blue Beacon and I had a very bad experience because they didn't wash my truck properly. They charged me $124 in advance, $10 for brushing, and even after that, they didn't wash my rims. My whole truck looks dirty. I had a very bad experience. Don't come here. Stay away from here

I've had dozens of Blue Beacon washes over the years. This morning, Wednesday 7/7 @ 1235am was the best. Mechanic asked me if I had gotten a new truck when i went in for new batteries. Guy that took my order and payment asked if there were any areas to focus on, told him the loading heads on the trailer. Told me he did them himself. Honestly, it might be cleaner than when it was delivered new. Dude had a pony tail, and his crew handled business. Best dang wash in a decade.

The crew did an excellent job today. I asked them to hit a couple of extra places, and they did. Great rinse after the wash. Freindly staff here today as well! 6/1/26 4pm.

Came in for standard truck wash, and upgraded on my nickel for engine and underbody wash. Foreman and cashier both polite and professional as is the BB normal. But I wasn't offered to view the engine, and the catwalk remains covered in mud, as does the rear frame. A very poor wash job, much like both BBs in South Dallas. Next time, NO TIP!

I don’t know what is cost to get a good wash job or even get them to was all of the trailer but $115 bucks isn’t enough. Every time I go in there they ask me how my last experience was and if they missed anything. My answer is usually the same they miss the same stuff every time. Tops of the wheels back of the sleeper. But today they didn’t even wash the neck of the trailer and just lightly rinsed off the sides. Seems to get worse and worse every time I go in there. If your truck is pretty clean to start with it’ll come out looking really nice. But if it’s actually dirty and needs some time and effort into getting it clean this is not the place to go. They run them in and out as fast as possible and quality isn’t a high priority. I dove an hour home on clean dry roads then noticed this was still filthy. Undercarriage and engine wash seems to be a waste of money too. Truck frame looks like it did when I pulled in the wash bay like they didn’t even touch it.
