Service desk had limited personnel at the time of our visit. There were long lines at checkout, but they moved at a good pace. We were able to complete our shopping in under an hour.

I always go to BJ`S to shopping,looking for bottles,cans. It's a nice place and some people friendly. Special service customer, plus one two guys at the front door.

No carts in the store had to walk across the lot to a filled corral to get one. Mentioned it nicely to the staff then was told they are all inside. No they are not. Management needs to watch this place we don't pay a membership fee for nothing. Didn't appreciate the attitudes.

We were coming from church when my church brother and sister decided to stop at BJ and do some shopping, they went and do their groceries and get gas, the gas price wasn't bad at all, they get soap on coupons, and other items, I saw adult and some nice children dresses, the cashiers was attentive, the environment was quiet clean, there were a lot of people doing shopping and they were after their own business, I did not know that a BJ was there but I am please to see that Waterbury is stepping up, stepping up to the place of been productive. nice place to shop. Hoping that it will continue to bear fruit.

By far, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many locations and have been a customer for over 10years. The management team here is unprofessional and doesn’t care to help the consumer. It’s sad when the employees have better people skills than the managers in charge of them.
