Took my cat to get groomed for the first time here. He was suppose to get a bath & a slight trim up, however we got a call 4 hrs after his appt time stating they "couldnt bathe him because he was too stressed". OK, he's a cat, understandable.... BUT we were then charged a "tidy up" which includes a bath, brush, nails, and trim up. It cost us $62 for nails, brush & a couple mats shaved from his butt. When asked if they offered stand alone services for nails/brush/demat, they said it would be around $30...... so why was 4 hrs, a stressed cat and the same services $62. We unfortunately wont be returning. They didn't even blend the shaved spots. Update: picture added of his "shaved paw pads". Also to add that yes I am a groomer, so I know what is expected of both VALUE and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Arguing with a customer on reviews (only the negative ones I might add) is not a professional way to run a business. We dropped our cat off at 12:46 pm and did not get him back until 5:30. AS A GROOMER, I acknowledge signs of stress, as well as customer satisfaction and fair pricing based on services preformed. I don't groom him because I PAY someone else to. The review was not about the "stress"

The staff were very professional and accommodating from the start. They allowed me and my fur baby to tour the facilities the week before I needed to board my dog, which made me feel much more comfortable leaving Hank in their care for a few days. While touring the facility, I immediately noticed how clean and spacious everything was. It also was not overcrowded or excessively loud, which stood out to me because I previously experienced the opposite at another boarding facility and did not like that environment. The staff seemed genuinely concerned about the comfort and accommodations for the dogs, which gave me additional peace of mind. They took great care of Hank, and he even got a bath before pickup! When I picked him up, he seemed happy and like he had a great time. I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their pets.

Phenomenal service and excellent care. We're visiting from our of town and ended up with a bath emergency. Ken got us booked immediately and took wonderful care of our boy. He went in smelling foul and came out smelling fresh with beautiful nails and perfect ears. I highly recommend them. Ken was especially helpful, however, every staff member exceeded expectations. We are incredibly lucky to have found them.

I meant to put a review a couple of months ago and never got around to it. This groomer is AMAZING. So so so kind and they genuinely love animals. I got my dog from an animal shelter and he was severely matted. I brought him in thinking I had done it. I called and they told me to come in the same day so they can see how bad it was. They said they’d do everything in their power not to shave him because it’s terrible for their coats. I called the animal shelter and they said they’d shave him for no charge but it wouldn’t be pretty. I brought him in and they informed me there was no way I could’ve done that much damage in two weeks. They felt sorry for my dog because the matting was so bad. They also told me not to trust any groomer that said they would just shave or de mat them (several did and it was more expensive) that it was not healthy for the dog. They scheduled him ASAP that weekend. The groomer even blocked off the rest of her day in case he had fleas so they wouldn’t have to send him home. They also worked around him not having his rabies vaccine yet. The first day she called after 3 hours and said “Enzo is done for today and we don’t want to push him it’s been a lot of

My girlfriend just had her cat here, they were supposed to cut/trim the fur on the back of the legs and butt area , as well as trim the long hair from his feet. He is a long hair cat. After paying the 65.00 for the grooming service and taking him home it became very clear they never touched him ! 2 hrs they had him and zero fur was trimmed from his feet and nothing had been removed from his back side or legs. I just finished brushing him, this wasn't an extensive brushing either. I am attaching a picture of the fur I removed. Again....they were supposed to groom him 48 hrs ago ! The service here has really changed over the last year and a half.
