This review has been way overdue. We have been coming to Betty's for a little over a year I want to say. But they were pumpkins first groomers and they're definitely going to be his only as long as we're here. The customer service is great and I believe the puppy service is great as well. Pumpkin is always excited when he shows up and when he leaves he's more than happy. Every detail that I asked of them is overdone and accomplished. They've even waited for me even though they were closing. I work night shift and I slept through a couple alerts and phone calls. Thankfully they stayed persistent and I was able to pick up pumpkin within 5 minutes of the phone call. Even if it's a bathroom brush or a full groom I've been nothing but overly satisfied with their service. 10/10 recommend ☺️ it's a little more details needed I do have a 2-year-old pug who sheds a lot and his grooming is a must with all the shedding. They're more than happy to oblige with a little trim of the hind legs, like I mentioned before they spare no detail.

We recently moved and my wife wanted a groomer near us. So we tried Betty's. We were quoted 80-90$$$ (same as my current groomer) based on her weighing 50lbs. Mind you she goes every 10 weeks and gets shaved all the way down. She doesn't even get blow-dried. When we go to pick her up it is now 130 dollars and the only explanation is... That's what my boss said to charge for her. I am waiting on a return call to get this fixed. Shame on you... I wish I had prepaid at that point. That's not how you do business. BE BETTER!!! PS. her nail job isnt good either.

1 missed appointnent with 3 dogs over 5 years as a customer. This 1 appointment now has it where I have to pay before services are rendered. Bad enough when grooming you expect the nails to be cut. The last 3 visits 2 of my dogs nails were cut on 2 and 3 paws of the dogs 4 respectively

I took my 5 month old puppy there this morning to see Alex. Before the owner Deb got there. She was kind told me she did not have very many clients so she could focus on her and she would be done in an hour and a half. I said the normal time is two and a half hours she said no problem. I showed her my shot record. I traveled an hour and a half in the worst traffic and rain. I come back in a half hour the owner is there. She acts like a completely different person. She says come back here. I go back she says her hair has mats. I brush her everyday. I do not comb her. She is very fine here she says watch she takes the metal comb and yanked it so hard. Was that necessary she continued two more times yanking it. Could she have stopped after the first time and said you need to get her some spray and comb her then bring her . Then I go to leave and this man says what's the matter he had just brought his bigger dogs in I told him the Deb runs outside and tries to harass me. Wow. If you have a silky Yorkie puppy do not go to this place. The bathroom also is filthy I had to use it.

Love Betty’s! I have been going there for years!! Only taking short breaks when my pups have had surgery or one got valley fever. They are patient and kind! 3 dogs of ours have been groomed there. Boomer, our sweet Cocker mix, Roxy, a very anxious soft coated Wheaton terrier w a sensitive neck does incredible here, and a new Cockapoo puppy Charlie! They are great at the full shave, which is sometimes needed, or the fluffy puppy cut that I absolutely LOVE! All of my dogs do amazing there and are happy and gorgeous when picked up! They also keep them together as best they can. Best part they call as soon as they are finished so they don’t sit in kennels all day. Most of the time they run around together and play upon pickup. They are fantastic! Half the time I stand in the entrance catching up and chatting for quite some time. It’s like visiting friends! 5 stars!
