Deeply disappointed to be told we did not have access to the salt cave following a very lovely massage. We chose this experience over other spas as part of my visit from England this week. We had hoped the experience of the salt cave would be memorable but instead we left feeling rather deflated despite the owner promising us it was included in the price we paid. She even told us we would need to bring socks. They wanted another $30 each for the privilege to sit and wait for the cave to become available. Not the best experience leaving feeling vexed yet we should have been leaving feeling calm, relaxed and healed.

Saw someone go here for endosphere massage on TT and decided to try for myself. I wanted to make my legs leaner and have been seeing Sarvy for a month or so for it. Takes time but it does work! Sarvy is great and would recommend anyone who wants to try.

Went here for a couples massage with my wife for her birthday. Massage therapists were wonderful and very skilled. Was a more therapeutic massage which I really appreciated. Salt cave was also unique and worth checking out. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for our next massage.

I recently visited the Bethesda Salt Cave for a classic signature massage with Ryan. This is a beautiful, soulful and therapeutic spot. The moment I walked in, before even beginning my treatment, I felt soothed and my body started to drop in and relax. Ryan is patient, kind and respectful. He listens to what is needed, and is also quite intuitive and body sensing. In addition he is quite credentialed in multiple therapeutic modalities. Janine, the owner, is a darling, patient, kind, and she made me feel right at home. She has intentionally curated a space that is safe, nurturing and healing. After my massage, Janine welcomed me into the Salt Cave for a session. She helped me find a comfortable spot, included a warm blanket and gently heated eye mask! This felt like heaven. Within seconds, I fell into the deepest slumber. My body thanked me. After my time here, I felt completely restored! I am now hooked on that feeling!! I will definitely be returning to the Bethesda Salt Cave to explore some of the other many treatments that are offered, as well as referring others.

This was my first visit to a salt cave. I went on Wellness Wednesday because they have a $30 special for one session. It was so beautifully designed and comfortably set up. I chose to lay on the ground with bolsters, pillows & blankets. It was so comfortable and relaxing I fell into a rather deep meditative sleep.
