I've taken my bestie here twice and have been impressed twice! Love that she's not spending hours in a crate and comes out looking and feeling great. Friendly staff, Price is reasonable and they have cute freebies to go when you pick your pup up. I will be a loyal customer for years to come - thanks Besties!

The crew at Besties is the Best! I've been bringing my Goldendoodle to Besties for a while now, and the team has been great. She used to be nervous about her nails, but their patience and gentle approach have really helped her overcome these fears. I recently brought along our new young puppy and they volunteered to help me desensitize her as well. Beyond the skill and care, they're flexible, affordable, and the daycare playtime is a great bonus. Highly recommend to any Mission Hills dog parent!

This review is long overdue! My pup, a Bernedoodle, has been going to Besties for the last 6 months. They’re the first and only groomer he’s ever been to. My breeder and vet both recommended we start getting him groomed as young as possible, so he would get used to it from a young age. After looking around for recommendations, we picked Besties and haven’t looked back! Tabitha is awesome, she’s worked with us on desensitizing him to grooming, nail clips, baths and hair dryers. They took it really slow with him in the beginning, starting with just a bath and only clipping what he was comfortable with. I was a little stressed the first time we dropped him off, both to leave him and for how he would look after his first hair cut. He ended up looking so cute after and even had a little bow tie. Now we come every month and he’s completely used to grooming. He always looks and smells great. He doesn’t even mind getting his nails done if Tabitha does it! He screams if I even try to trim them lol. Highly recommend besties and Tabitha, especially for younger puppies getting used to grooming.

I had such a wonderful experience at Bestest Dog Spa! The location is super easy to access, and having a good parking lot right next to it. From the moment we walked in, the man at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog there. A special thank you to Lily, who did the grooming so beautifully. She was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job. My dog came back looking absolutely adorable, clean, and perfectly groomed. I’m genuinely so happy with the results. You can tell this place really cares about both the pets and their owners. My dog will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! The front staff was really kind and the Groomer was very professional and loving towards my pet. This was my first time coming in, and I showed up as a walk-in fully expecting them to not have availability, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I picked up my pup, she was quite excited and looked well taken care of. I had to do a short cut this time as I went a little crazy with the home trim around her snout, but they made her look adorable. Would highly recommend :)
