Best In Show Grooming

I wish I knew she was still grooming. She was excellent with my Bearded Collies. I found a groomer close by that clips down my Beardie! Thanks Michelle for all the great years of beautiful grooming. I was very fortunate to have met you at Noah's Ark before you opened your own shop! ❤️ Sharon Hammond

We have been using this groomer for years. Even though our dogs don't need a trim (Great Danes), they come home smelling and looking great, and I know they had a positive experience. One of them sheds a LOT, and all of the excess hair is gone.

On August 31st 2020 I took my 2 year old bear coat Shar Pei here to be groomed for the first time. When I arrived there were three dogs hanging out together behind the counter. When it was time for the groomer to take my boy in the back he went behind the counter with the other dogs and I heard a yelp. Not knowing which dog yelped I peeked over the counter to make sure everything was okay. I couldn’t see anything wrong and the groomer holding his leash had no reaction whatsoever. I left so my boy could be groomed. An hour and a half later I got the call that he was all done and it was time to pick him up. I loaded my Great Pyrenees in the car because his appointment was next since I don’t have a car that can transport both dogs at the same time. When I arrived the groomer who had originally took my Shar Pei gave me back the leash and said very casually “oh by the way that yelp you heard when you were here before, one of the other dogs must have got him”. No apology, straight face. I was in shock my dog got bit in the face while I was still there and nobody bothered to tell me before I left or call me when they noticed something was wrong. They didn’t even tell me over the phone whe

I brought my Golden Retriever there for grooming and the staff were very rude to me. They criticized the size of my Golden and the owner compared her Golden to mine and rudely told me my dog was overweight. My Golden is a beautiful dog and very sweet and loving. I take him to the vet as scheduled and my vet has never mentioned his weight. I never went back to their shop because I have never been treated so rudely. I take all of my dogs to PetSmart now and they are always very nice and professional.
