We love getting our dog groomed with Connie at Best Friends. She’s the best we’ve found, and she takes care with our doodle, detangling when needed. She has great attention detail and listens to our desires. Our dog always looks great and it’s worth the further drive for us.

I absolutely love Addison! She is a fantastic groomer very patient, positive, and truly passionate about what she does. She always goes out of her way to keep me updated throughout Olive’s grooming appointment, and he looks absolutely beautiful every single time. Addison is a tremendous asset to your company. I drive quite a distance specifically because of her. We initially connected through Facebook, and I plan to continue bringing Olive to her for all of his grooming needs. Today I also had the pleasure of meeting with Clarissa, the trainer. She was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and an excellent listener. She took the time to understand Olive’s needs, explained the training process in detail, and outlined what his training plan would look like. She also provided helpful handouts that clearly explained the pricing and program options. Before training even begins, she gave me several great tips to start working on with Olive at home. From the moment I arrived, Clarissa greeted me with a warm smile and remained friendly, professional, and encouraging throughout our entire conversation. I recently got my dog groomed by Addison! She helped me feel updated the whole time as if I was in the room! She made me feel confident in my dogs haircut and the style I chose I got pictures and she played in the lobby and they showed her so much love!

I took my high energy husky mix here for grooming and it was amazing! My boy isn’t very calm when he boards but the staff made sure he was comfortable before and after his grooming appointment. Addison was his groomer and oh my goodness she’s amazing! He got a bath, deshed, nail trim, and cute photos for me to have <3 I love the staff and my dog will forever be Addisons client!

This was our first visit to them and they were amazing. The girls were so sweet and caring to my boy. They answered all my questions and gave me some tips to keep him looking good in between visits.
