The staff cares and the customer service is top notch. I’ve been going here for about 10 years. Staff goes above and beyond answering questions and answering emails promptly. The groomers are awesome. Shannon never disappoints. My dog comes home looking and smelling great. She gives me details on behavior, when we should come back and it makes it personable and we feel that they truly care. Look no further than Best Friends of Bethany.💯 If I can give them a 10 rating I would.

We took our Great Pyrenees, big Bear here and Shannon took care of him with grooming services. She did a beautiful job with our boy. He looked better than we’ve ever seen him and smelled so good. It’s been 4 days since and our Bear still smells great. He’s soft and very little shedding!! I HIGHLY recommend Best Friends for grooming. Ask for Shannon, she’s awesome!!

My Gurdy goes in wagging and comes out wagging. Drop off and pick up are always seamless and she loves getting pampered by Shannon and Kathryn before she comes home. We love Best Friends!! 🐾🐾🐾
