We have been boarding our dogs with best friends for years! Our dogs love it there. They are the best. Great communication, staff, clean and grooming!

We board our two cats (Keto and Queso) and can always travel with peace of mind that they are in good hands! Best Friends has been amazing about giving updates/ photos of our babies, accommodating them last minute at times, and making them feel loved while they stay! Our cats always come home seeming like they had a relaxing weekend!

Steph grooms my two big Great Pyrenees and they always come out looking like show dogs. They’re gorgeous! She’s been seeing them for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always feel comfortable with her. They also refuse to take off their bandana until their next groom. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur babies!

We boarded both my dogs while my husband and I went to FL for about 10 days. The staff is wonderful at the Ashland facility and both dogs came home looking great - thanks to the grooming staff. The only thing we did request is an email with a picture of Coco and Athena. We missed them and wanted to see them having fun. When we boarded our beloved pitbull/mix, Dakota, we regularly received an email while away; The staff in Ashland seems very busy, so I can understand why photos and emails might be difficult. . . So, considering the fee, it might be nice to add some staff and/or man hours.

I have best friends for years with my previous dogs but this was my first time with my new pup. The groomer was very professional and so understanding of my dogs needs. She took plenty of time to talk with me and reassured me. As soon as my baby was ready she called to tell me how things went. Loved today's experience as always. Thanks Best Friends
