Something is going on at the Joppa location. We boarded my dog in June 2025. When I picked her up she had a cherry-eye on her right eye. They never mentioned it until I noticed it when they brought her out. We just picked her up yesterday after boarding her again. Guess what? They brought her out and no pshe has cherry-eye in the left eye. Again, they never mentioned it until I asked when it happened. Two years and 2 cherry eye incidents. Are they pulling her too hard? What is going on? And the biggest issue is that they never even mentioned it at all, not on her report cards or when they brought her out. The shift supervisor said he was not informed. She was bathed 5hat day and no one mentioned it anywhere. She didn't go in with one and she was only there 3 days. Now another eye surgery coming up. Very suspicious. Time to look for a new boarding place.

Great experience! Miss Michelle took great care of our rescue Meesha, bathing and grooming. He’s not the easiest to deal with but the team at Best Friends made it work! MOST AFFORDABLE GROOMER IN THE AREA!

We love Best Friends Fur Ever, they are so good to our dog Anya. We’ve done both the regular boarding and the Luxury Suite option, and she has received excellent care each time she stays. They send you tons of pictures and having the cameras is great for when you miss your baby! They have been a godsend to us this month when we have a bunch of trips that lined up all during the month of October!

They took great care of my dog who has some anxiety issues with strangers and other dogs and has to be in Play My Way. It was her first time visiting this location and she was timid at first but their sweet and gentle demeanor of greeting her put her at ease. I appreciated the report cards they sent of her day and the pictures they took looked like she had a blast. The staff are all very friendly and courteous.

I really love this place!! Although I drove by it for many years because my pup had already had a doggie day care since birth🐶...I decided to stop by one day to see what they had to offer and the people were so friendly, very helpful and very informative. I quickly found out that this was the norm for them. ☺️ - They are also a one stop shop. (Daycare, Boarding, Bathing, Training and the list goes on. If you are looking for a place to take your pup, look no further. I truly belive both my pup and I have Best Friends Fur Ever!! God Bless! 🙏❤️🥹💯
