We had such a wonderful experience with Berks Pet Care! They provided such great care for our dogs and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I truly appreciated all of the updates, photos, and communication throughout their visits—it was so reassuring to see our boys doing well and being taken care of. It’s not always easy leaving your pets behind, but Berks Pet Care made the whole experience stress-free and gave us confidence knowing they were in great hands. We are so grateful for the care and attention they gave our dogs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets! 🐾❤️

Berk Pet care is an amazing service with amazing staff! They are so thorough and so worth it! They stop by before hand to meet your fur baby and hear their routine. Everyday you get pictures of your pet, a cute little message, and what all the pet sitter was able to do while at your home. They are super responsive. Payments are affordable and easy to make a payment online. Scheduling is very straight foward on the app. I noticed my cat is way less stressed when we come back from a trip! I'd recommend them anytime!

Berks Pet Sitting has been an unbelievably useful service for us. We have older dogs, and with working full time we decided it would be good for them to have a midday break while at work. The dogs are also very anxious with storms, loud noises, etc. Jill and all of the sitters couldn’t be better; they are so good with our senior dogs, provide updates, and always incorporate any instructions we have (things change often with our old pups!). It has been a huge relief for us knowing if we are away someone will be taking care of them. Scheduling is a breeze, very reasonable prices, and excellent work. Can’t recommend enough!

Huge thank you to Berks Pet Care for taking such great care of our cat, Speckels, while we were away! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. They made sure he was fed, gave him snacks, checked his water, cleaned his litter box, and spent time playing and snuggling with him so he still got lots of love and attention while we were gone. They even brought in our packages for us, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. We truly appreciate the care, attention, and kindness they showed Speckels and our home. Highly recommend Berks Pet Care to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to watch their pets!

I cannot say enough glowing things about Berks Pet Care and all of the wonderful pet sitters employed here! They have been an absolute blessing in taking care of my bunny Chester when I have traveling. They feed him, play with him, and make sure he is safe and loved on every day they stop by. They even clean his litter box regularly and dispose of all the waste. What is even more amazing is the daily updates with photos that they send. It's so nice being able to see how Chester is doing when I am away from home! The sitters give a detailed daily report through their easy to use app which makes conversation exchange so easy, even when you are traveling abroad. Additionally, they are kind enough to bring in any packages that have been delivered and they let me know if any supplies are running low before they run out so I can ensure Chester has everything he needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and their wonderful sitters with no hesitation. I will definitely be coming back to them when I travel again! Chester can't wait to see his new friends again!
