Overall I thought it was good information. The videos of dogs in action helped me understand what the training looks like. I appreciate that this introduction to scent work was offered free over Zoom. However some technical problems at first and people entering the meeting over the first 15 minutes made for a frustrating late start and therefore ending late.

Trainer and info was great. Unfortunately my dog was so distracted that he wasn’t able to try anything. Mainly. Wouldn’t even take treats. But I learned a lot and will practice at home where he can focus.

My name is Rob. I went in and got me a puppy. Her name is Chaka Khan and this was day one of her coming home with me. It is like we were meant for each other. I really love you down at the Berkeley SPCA or Humane Society my second dog and I’m in love again.

My cat received a vaccination at Berkley Humane on December 6. On the second day(today) after the vaccine, my cat developed swelling above the eye, persistent eye closure, and a gold reflection in the eye. I immediately contacted the clinic, but my concerns were dismissed and I was redirected to another clinic, which I could not reach. Prior to vaccination, my cat had no eye issues.(never) I am disappointed in the lack of proper follow-up care and hope the clinic addresses this issue promptly. UPDATE: After posting this review, a manager from Berkeley Humane contacted me and scheduled an “examination” for my cat at their Pinole location inside Petsmart 1380 Fitzgerald Drive at 3 PM. I drove 30 minutes each way with a cat that currently has swelling and redness around the pupil — symptoms that began two days after the vaccination performed at Berkeley Humane. When we arrived, the Petsmart store was open, but the veterinary area was completely empty. I waited outside the exam rooms for over 30 minutes, assuming someone would eventually come out. Instead, Petsmart employees themselves told me that no veterinarians were present at all. No one from Berkeley Humane contacted me to

Our golden retriever Lucy recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We were thankful that Berkeley Humane was able to accept our donation of Lucy's opened bag of good quality kibble, treats, vitamins and toys. She would have wanted the shelter pups to enjoy them on her behalf.🐾
