Bella & Bows Pet Salon West

Best groomers in the business! We started at the Semmes salon and have been using the West Mobile location since they opened about 2 years ago! Our goldendoodle, Ace, absolutely LOVES his “spa days”! Any time he hears us say the word “bath”, he immediately runs to the closet where we keep his leash and harness and then stands by the door wagging his tail! He practically drags me across the parking lot to get inside the door once we get there, and is so excited to see his Bella and Bows friends!!

The only place I will bring my doodles!! The groomers here do an amazing job, even when they get a little matted and have to be cut shorter, it still looks great! They also offer a military discount (which we GREATLY appreciate), along with a Senior and Teacher discount!

I cannot recommend this business enough!! Bella & Bows ALWAYS does an exceptional job on my pups! I have used them for years and will continue to use them for years to come! My pups absolutely love the ladies up there and get so so excited to see them💞 Also, you cannot beat their prices!! They honestly have the best prices in town! The ladies there are always the sweetest. My Ruthie Belle has “lamb legs” and they look so so good on her! If you’re looking for a great grooming business, look no further!!! Bella & Bows Pet Salon West (and Semmes) is the absolute BEST!!!

This business was formerly Pet Styles and i had been going there since they opened(13 years). I never had a problem. The owner sold the business to these people. I gave them a try with bad results. I took my 2 westies to them and couldn't be more upset. Both of them were just hacked up especially on their faces. I told the girl at the desk i wanted a westie cut and the face to be rounded. I have attached a picture of the before and after they were cut. Having never had a problem before i picked them up, paid the bill and took them home. It was then that I noticed how terrible the cut was. We called them back to talk to them about it but all I got was an arguement "we gave you what you asked for". You can see by the pictures how bad they cut. The girl was so disrespectful that i decided to call the owner. I sent her pictures and she said the groomer was one of her best but she didnt know why she had cut them that way. She offered to correct the cut and even it out or would "give me a discount" after their hair grew back on the next cut. She said to let her know. I sent her a text as she suggested but have not heard back from her 6 days later. I will not be back. I would think twice

Okay so I called this place because I was pressed for time and I needed my 3 lb miniature Yorkie cut and groomed, on a Saturday and I didn't even call 10 a.m. and they told me to bring him on, everywhere was booked. So there was an issue with a cut I was unhappy with it and I live across town like literally I live on Moffett Road so by the time I got home and noticed I was unhappy with it I wasn't about to go back across town. I called the store they took my information and the manager called me back within 20 minutes and let me tell you she was the most genuine human being I have spoken with in a long time. Not only did she refund my money but she offered to fix the mistake not only that she was completely conducive to my schedule and me getting my refund. I'm telling you what even though there was a small mistake made I will not take my dog anywhere else I will always come to Pet Styles, all of the people here are genuine especially the managerial staff. I am so pleased with the way the mistake was handled.
