In Minneapolis, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Minnesota, and how long your pet will stay. If you are looking for a calm, caring, and low stress groomer for your cat, look no further than Bell Cat!! My two long-haired cats had never visited a groomer before Carlye, and she was so, so empathetic and patient with them! They just both just had their second appointment with her, and I can tell they're becoming more comfortable with the process thanks to Carlye's patient and thoughtful approach. I'm sure it also doesn't hurt that she showers them with affection, too! On the people side, Carlye is so considerate and a great communicator. She quickly answered all of my questions before booking with her the first time, and I'm so grateful for her mid-appointment photo and text updates of my little "grumpy astronauts"!

Carlye was so so sweet with my two cats. One of my cats ended up being too anxious to finish her appointment, but I appreciated how attentive Carlye was to her anxiety and immediately stopping to not further distress her. She clearly cares about the cat's wellbeing above anything else. I would highly recommend Carlye! Picture has my other cat who had an amazing time with her and now is thankfully not shedding all over my apartment

My anxious 16 year old tuxedo who has never been to a groomer before had no problem today! She was nervous on the ride there but calm on the ride back home. Carlye was great and I could tell my cat trusted her.

Carlye is the sweetest and gentlest groomer, perfect for the kitties who get scared by loud noises or new environments. My big boy began having trouble grooming himself, and she was able to cut off the matted fur and help him with areas that he couldn't reach to clean. He came home with fur so soft and shiny! And the fact that it's in my neighborhood makes it all the more perfect.

I notice this place hasn’t had reviews yet but I’ll be the first to tell people how great the service was. Carlye was a very sweet person right off the bat, was very welcoming when I came into the door and educational. She told me all about the grooming process as someone who hasn’t taken their cat to the groomers until now and I can safely say that she’s done everything well and nice for my Ragdoll. Her pricing is very fair and is communicative about my cat before + during the grooming. I would definitely go here again and recommend her!
