Beauty Bath & Dip Dog Grooming

I don't usually leave reviews, but Beauty Bath & Dip Dog Grooming absolutely deserves one. I took my dog, Bandit, in because he was unfortunately infested with ticks, and the staff spent the entire day taking care of him. I was so worried about him being there for so long that I became that customer—I called over and over because I was anxious and just wanted to know he was okay. Looking back, I know I was a little over the top, but every single person I spoke with was patient, kind, and understanding. When I picked Bandit up, I couldn't believe the difference. He was so clean, looked amazing, and they had taken the time to make sure all of those ticks were gone. It's obvious they genuinely care about the animals they work with and don't rush through difficult cases. Thank you for treating Bandit with so much care and for showing me so much patience, even when I was stressing out. I'm incredibly grateful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beauty Bath & Dip to anyone looking for people who truly love what they do.

‼️RUN NOW‼️ if you don't want your pet to be traumatized. When you take a pet somewhere, you expect that they are treated with care and the correct thing to do if you cannot or don't know how to handle someone's pet is to be honest and contact the owner, even if you loose out on that money. You should not force the service on the pet, mistreat or harm. Shame on this place. From what I see in the reviews, this is not the first complaint and it looks like the business owner does not like to take responsibility but I post with hopes that people will see this before deciding to take their pet here. Specially if you have a pet that may need a little more patience and care. Our teacup chihuahua received a service here today. When brought out she would not stop wining. She was not herself. On the way home she had several seizures, which she has never had. Blood came out of her nose. We took to vet immediatelly and vet said she had a trauma to her head area. Chihuahua's heads are very delicate. Never did this grooming place disclose any incident happened while she was there. But obviously something happened. We feel so bad for taking our pet here. I think she will be traumatized for life i

It’s not always easy to find someone you trust with your fur baby, but I can confidently say this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring groomers. The owner Rosa has been in business for over than 30 years. 🐶

I took my dog for a bath and she came back with her eyes bleeding, the person said it could’ve been allergies but the vet said otherwise!!! the vet said that they had to have choked her (allegedly) in order for them to shower her, she came home and got aggressive with me and also got aggressive with the vet which NEVER happens, I understand my dog was very nervous but in cases like this they should’ve called me and canceled to prevent this from happening 😔😢, they also gave me prescripted eye drops that vets give and my dogs vet said they shouldn’t have done that :(
