Beaus Chateau For Pets

What stands out most is how they care for both my dogs and me in the process. I’ve always been treated with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth, and that carries through into the way they care for my animals. From the moment I drop them off, I feel completely at ease—they take the time to connect, communicate, and make sure I know my dogs are in good hands. The care they provide is exceptional. My dogs are treated like their own, and I get regular photos and updates that show how they’re playing, interacting, and settling in. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they’re not just being watched—they’re genuinely cared for. They’ve also handled medication without any issues, and on one occasion, I had to drop one of my dogs off already injured (cone, medication, everything). They cared for him so thoughtfully and kept me updated along the way, which meant everything. Every interaction reflects a team that is not only skilled and attentive, but genuinely kind. You can feel how much they love what they do—for the animals and the people who love them. If you’re looking for a place where your pets will be safe, loved, and truly known—and where you will be too—this is it.

We spent 3 days at Great Wolf Lodge with our girls and were traveling with our dogs. We researched and found Beaus online. Texted a few questions to them prior to booking and felt already at home with their quick response and knowledge. Drop off was quick and easy and the team welcomed our pups like they were their own. We had pictures within 20 minutes of dropping them off of them exploring and playing with their new pup friends. Each day we got text and picture updates which we loved! We never worried about how they were doing because we knew. At pick up, we got a report card of things they loved and how they ate and played, as well as a goody bag to go home with! The best part is our dogs didn’t smell like they were boarded for three days, smelt fresh and clean even after all the outside and water misters play they had! Would HIGHLY recommend them if you are in the TC area traveling with your pups and need a boarder. Thank you to the team for making our experience an amazing one! We will be back next time we come to TC!

We were recommended Beau’s Chateau for boarding our dog when we moved to the area last year and are so happy to have found them! They communicate on a regular basis so we always know how our pup is doing while we’re away. They are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the care of the pets. I would highly recommend trusting them with your fur babies!

Love,Love,Love this kennel! I am so glad we found this place. I don’t have to worry about my fur baby at all. They send you updates and pictures everyday your away. He got to keep his toys and blanket that smells like home with him so he would feel comfortable. They give your pups food and make it even more special by putting toppings on it. Have plenty of play time with them and give them so much attention that they sleep from tiredness for days. The staff is loving and fantastic!! Thank you Beaus Chateau For Pets!!

Our 4 year old Frenchton, Bailey has been a regular at Beau’s ever since it opened. We had been long standing customers of Diana’s and appreciated the smooth transition with the new owners at Beau’s. We have had all the services offered: Boarding, Daycare and Grooming. Beau’s is our Kennel of Choice whenever we travel or Bailey wants a play date with her friends. We NEVER worry about our Bailey when she’s in Beau’s care. The folks at Beau’s are so kind and loving with our Bailey..she loves being there (we can hardly contain her when we drive up..she’s is so excited). We HIGHLY recommend Beau’s..it really is a wonderful place for your fur baby.
