About Beach Dog Grooming

Located at 1601 W Redondo Beach Blvd #103, Gardena, CA 90247, Beach Dog Grooming operates as a pet groomer serving Gardena in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Gardena, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in California, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 9 am–5 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (310) 327-1001. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 52 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in Gardena.

Gardena is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Gardena follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have been taking my 13-year-old Yorkie, Princess, for about 1 year and 1/2. I used to take my dog to Petco but I stopped taking her there after she had random cuts all over her body. I’m so happy I found this place. I’ve explained to the groomers that my dog has a heart conditions and gets very nervous. I feel safe when she is getting her haircut and the end result is always amazing !

Mami took such great care of my dog! My dog is usually so difficult to work with when it comes to grooming. We will definitely continue coming back!

They did a fabulous job with my puppy . They do a thorough groom and don’t skip any parts like most other groomers. Ask for Mami. She is one of the best groomers in LA. I highly recommend them !!!

My puppy is 5 months and very scare to get his hair cut in his face. I did advice them and they said they would try hence I went somewhere else that left him half trimmed. Unfortunately my dog didn't allow them to cut his face but was able to fix his body. They didn't charge me at all. I thanked them and left a good tip. I was referred to this place because they do an amazing job. Hopefully my puppy grows out of the fear.

Just want to share my experience. I have 2 dogs. I asked them to trim one of the dog which has long hair and a summer cut for the other which already had short hair. I was told to pick them up at 1. Left the place and got a call around 1. I was told to bring cash for the amount of $100 for both dogs. I grabbed only $100 and was excited to pick them up. When I got there, I was told it was $110. She even brought out a calculator and told me it was $110 three times. I was speechless and embarrassed because I only had $100 on me. Now I’m running across the street to go to an ATM to pull out $10 more extra cash. Now this isn’t even my bank so I got charged a service charge. So when I saw my dog he came back looking like a cocker spaniel. His hair was chopped. Remember I only asked for a trim. I was so disappointed. Took so long to grow his hair out. My wife said, hey maybe we can take our dog to Petsmart. They might do a better job. Now I remember why this is the only 2nd time I brought my dog here. This will be my last.
