I have been going to this salon for a few months, and overall, I have found the quality of the services to be very inconsistent. Most of my appointments were with the woman who sits in the first chair. Although I felt the price of the fill-ins was on the higher side, I continued returning because the work was usually decent. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. My nails were filed extremely unevenly, and several of them were clearly not straight. For a $55 fill-in, I also expected my cuticles to be cleaned up, but they were not touched at all. In addition, my gel polish was not fully cured before being wiped with alcohol, which left several of my nails looking dull. During a previous visit, another technician was removing the gel polish from my toes and filed one of my nail beds down so much that it now burns whenever it is touched with a nail file. I have to allow the nail to grow out completely before I can have it properly serviced again. After that experience, I decided I would only come here for my manicures because the woman in the front had done such a great job during one of my previous visits. I know she is capable of providing quality work, which ma

I have been going here for almost a year now. Unfortunately after this last visit it will be my last time and I will look for somewhere else to get my nails done. On Wednesday I had an appointment for 5 pm with my friend. I had a pedicure and a gel fill in scheduled. It had been an hour and I had still had no one working on me and my friend had finished so I said I would come back another day. I understand they were busy and I was not upset but a little inconvenienced. I come back today for my appointment that was at 12pm, I had gotten my pedicure done and then when it was time to get my nails filled in I asked the nail tech if I can have a simple poka dot design. She said she can’t do that because she doesn’t have the time because she had an appointment waiting on her. This made me really frustrated considering the fact I am also an appointment let alone had to come back because last time they couldn’t get to me. I ended up just getting French so I can accommodate her time. she rushed the whole thing and the white on some of my nails is already fading and just doesnt look like they were done freshly. My total was 145 but they gave me a ten percent discount because of my last expe

I didn’t like it at all. I came here because side my usual nail tech has been busy with her family. I wanted to try a new place since it was close to home. It definitely wasn’t what I expected. I paid $80 for a full set and a French that was not done the way I wanted it even after showing a picture. They did something called gel x and told me they do not do tips. I wanted to give it a try since the woman kept telling me that it will be nice. She asked me what length and I told her. She got irritated and started huffing and puffing when I told her I wanted them longer. My nails are lumpy and not what I asked for. I could have just done press on nails myself. I wanted to try a new place and I'm disappointed. Definitely a waste of money. I will not be returning. I would post a picture but I wasn’t given the option here. Update to her responses since I can’t reply. You sat there going back and forth with me about the color. I said I asked for a pinkish color so don’t sit here lying. You can show on the video if yall have video the whole interaction. I have no reason to lie! You started the service before even knowing what I wanted. I’m not going to go back and forth with you. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely awful and people deserve to be warned before spending their money here. I went in for a simple nail removal and regular manicure, and somehow left with damaged, bleeding fingers and the worst manicure I’ve ever received. First, they did not properly remove my previous nails/product. Instead of taking the time to fully remove everything, they left remnants behind and painted directly over uneven surfaces. The polish application itself was extremely sloppy — uneven edges, inconsistent shaping, and overall looked rushed and unprofessional. The worst part was the cuticle work. The technician was incredibly rough and cut multiple fingers badly enough that THREE of my nails bled during the appointment. My hands were literally stinging by the end. It honestly felt like the person working on me was either completely untrained or simply did not care. Genuinely I do my own nails better than this. A twelve year old could do this better. The sanitation and cleanliness were also unacceptable. The station was visibly dirty before I even sat down. There were acrylic shavings and dust everywhere, and while applying lotion, the

I’m pretty disappointed I really wanted to like this place especially because they are very gentle when filing my nails the first time I went only!!!! however both of the times I’ve gone here I really didn’t like how my nails turned out. The first time I went back in September, I booked an acrylic full set but I needed to change my appointment time and when I called to do so they recommended I get gel X so I did and one of my nails ended up crooked and I’m not sure why they don’t have the ability to tip with card when I pay with card, but I was unaware of this when I got my nails done and so I wasn’t going to tip because I didn’t have cash to tip and I could not tip with card and as I was walking out after I paid, I got pretty much yelled at for a tip, which was really uncomfortable and I ended up zelling her. The price for this ended up being 65+ a 20 tip Honestly, I really don’t know why I decided to come back. I just felt like getting my nails done and this place was pretty cheap so this time around I stuck with acrylic when they asked if I wanted to do gel X instead, I showed her my inspo photo which was of vs duct tip with French tips nails, and it really wasn’t a good experie
