In Greenwood, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Louisiana, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Greenwood is in Louisiana, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greenwood follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I couldn’t be happier with the grooming service we received! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to ask about my dog’s specific needs and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire process. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely adorable—his coat was soft, clean, and trimmed perfectly. Most importantly, my dog came out happy and wagging his tail, which says a lot. Highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for gentle, skilled, and reliable pet care!

Liz has groomed all 3 of my dogs and my BF 2 dogs. She does exactly what you ask of her. One good thing is she doesn’t charge separately… trimming nails, cleaning glands and fresh smile. Liz and her team get 👍👍 from me.

Liz is great. I have her cut my golden mix into a lion and he looks adorable :) I’m glad her salon is so close to me! My dog is never scared to be dropped off which is a good sign.
