Since the very beginning of 2023 I've had an outstanding and amazing doctor, Dr. Mitzi Laubli, who brought my kitty back to health in certain areas, scheduled very detailed, and accurate tests, which resulted more reasonable than other locations. Staff was compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Mitzy gave me amazing and helpful suggestions, went way out of her way to suggest the very best scientific supplements on the market, and even told me why she suggested them for my kitty's ailments and sometimes even responded on weekends with what I perceived as urgent matters. I couldn't be more supportive and grateful to this hospital, doctors and staff. In fact I am beyond grateful because there wasn't anyone else out there or hospital out there that would have totally cured her of certain conditions. It's been 3 years without a single hairball. She was vomiting hairballs every couple of weeks before I came here. Now nothing! That is truly unbelievable and totally amazing. Who does that!? Really! And that's just the beginning of my amazing experience here at this hospital. And during these years, I have experienced nothing but outstanding medical support, especial

I can't say enough about the way I was treated here with my Bruno. Everyone here made us feel like we were family from the moment we walked in the door. These are very caring people and the facility is amazing with the technology and equipment they have. Thank you again for everything from me and Bruno and Thank you for the Card and Flowers that came recently, we will never forget your kindness and sympathy.

I highly recommend this veterinary practice! Taking my cat here was a wonderful experience. The facility was sparkling clean, which was immediately reassuring. The staff were amazing—so kind, professional, and genuinely nice. We were able to get in very fast, and they efficiently ran all the necessary tests on my cat. A truly seamless and caring visit!

I recently switched my dog Riley over to Bartels. I am so happy I did. He is 2 1/2 and having recurring ear problems. Other vets just treated the symptoms and not the actual cause. On Riley's first visit he received exceptional attention and in depth care. I was amazed at how the doctors and staff got to the bottom of his ear infection and what was causing it. They gave him red light therapy and he was treated like a king the whole time. They were very gentle and loving towards him. They call after each visit to see how Riley is feeling as he has to go back for check ups. I want to thank the staff and veterinarians that always take such good care of him. He has never received this care in his entire life. I am so happy that I switched to Bartels. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tender loving care for their fur baby.

My dog Zeta goes to Bartels regularly for vet appointments, daycare and grooming for over a year now and they always do such a phenomenal job! They are very clean and professional and they provide AMAZING service. Daycare is Zetas favorite place, she is loose and wiggly around all of the staff and she LOVES her groomer Coral. Definitely recommend!
