We boarded our two dogs for a lil over a week. We had them bathed before we dropped them off. Upon picking them up: our large dog had a wound on his lip, swollen jowls( very noticeable), two wounds on his hips/hind quarters and a large wound (irritated area of fur missing) on his tail. NONE of these were there when we left. He also appears to have lost a good bit of weight. He also smelled so bad upon picking him up we had to bathe him immediately. He was cowering and tucking his tail between his legs ( very out of the ordinary behavior). Our small dog also reaked and required a bath but the worst part is that she had poo so matted to her butt that she was unable to have a bowel movement. Upon cutting it out and cleaning her up she has had constant diarrhea with some blood since she got home. HOW WAS NONE OF THIS NOTICED! Before you say we should go to them 1st. We did. We immediately wrote an email as it was Sunday night . Followed by two phone calls monday. We then tried a text message this evening. We finally received a response by text . Something this severe deserves an immediate phone call to try and rectify the situation. They offered to pay for grooming services and discou

We have nothing but great things to say about Barking Lots Boarding and Daycare! They treat our dog like she is one of their own! As a crazy dog mom I can truly say, I have felt comfortable leaving Opal with them since day one! They are our go-to for weekly daycare and boarding. The staff post tons of pictures so you keep up with your pup! From the photoshoots, monthly activity calendars, and theme weeks, your pups are guaranteed to have a blast. Opal and I cannot say enough good things about Barking Lots!

Best boarding facilities. The ladies love their jobs. Each fur baby is special. They treat your pet as if it was their own. My service dog had his treat for a spa day. Looks like he really enjoyed his day. Harley has stayed there three different time while I had surgeries. I trust them with my best friend and buddy.
