In South Padre Island, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Texas, and how long your pet will stay. Barking Beauties provided a fantastic grooming experience for my large dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about the well-being of every pet in their care. My dog came home looking amazing, clean, and happy. It’s wonderful to find a groomer that combines quality work with genuine care. I highly recommend Barking Beauties to anyone looking for excellent grooming services for their furry family members.

We were on vacation and our Maggie needed a good bath. She went with us to the beach and was full of sand. The gentleman got her in right away and took great care of her. I would recommend them to everyone. Top notch customer service And a great experience overall.

Absolutely best care and service for my new baby Billie Jo. She looked so good I barely recognized her when I picked her up. Ben was so good with her, very reasonable $$ for the detailed grooming, the pink scarf with the heart was adorable!, I will bring her back, highly recommend this place.

A Fantastic Grooming Experience at Barking Beauties! I recently took my dog, Samantha, to Barking Beauties Pet Grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I called to see if they were taking new clients, I felt welcomed by Brenda, the owner. She greeted me personally and was kind enough to squeeze me in for an appointment despite her busy schedule. I really appreciated that level of flexibility, and to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment right away. One thing that stood out was the one-on-one service. It’s clear that they prioritize a stress-free, personal experience for each pet, which I really liked. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. There were several groomers available to take appointments, but the way they handle each pet with care and attention made it feel very personal, not rushed or overcrowded like some other places I’ve been to. For Samantha’s grooming, I opted for a wash with a de-shedding treatment and teeth brushing, and the results were fantastic. She came out looking fresh, happy, and absolutely glowing! Not only did she smell amazing, but she still smells great nearly a week later! The p

Our family was on vacation in SPI, and just by luck I found Barking Beauties. Brenda and her team were amazing! She was knowledgeable on the type of breed grooming needed and extremely thorough on the process for our little Penny’s first grooming session. The experience we had was great! I might even consider traveling for future grooming, they were that awesome! She even had a small photo shoot with our little Penny, added some cute bows and a stone. Adorable!! 🤗😍🐾 highly recommend with affordable pricing and knowledgeable grooming styles!!
