Lynnanne did a fantastic job grooming our dogs! They came out clean, fresh, and looking great, and most importantly, they were happy and comfortable throughout the whole experience. We really appreciated the friendly and professional service. Highly recommend

We had a great visit from the Barkershop. This was our dog’s first ever groom as a four month old puppy and he is pretty spunky so we were worried. He did an amazing job and was so happy he tried to follow Jocelyn back to the van when she dropped him off. We love his groom and will be booking again for another visit. They send a grooming report when finished and this was his picture. Thanks Barkershop !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barker Shop and our groomer, Ibrahim. The entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The convenience of having a professional mobile groomer come directly to our home made the process completely stress-free, and the quality of service exceeded every expectation. Ibrahim is truly outstanding. He is kind, patient, gentle, professional, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. He took the time to make our dog feel safe and comfortable, handled every detail with great care, and delivered absolutely beautiful results. Our dog looked immaculate, smelled wonderful, and came back happy and relaxed. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was obvious that Ibrahim takes tremendous pride in his work. He listened carefully to our preferences, communicated clearly, and treated our dog as though they were his own. That level of compassion and professionalism is rare. Barker Shop provides first-class service, and Ibrahim is an exceptional groomer whom we trust completely. We will absolutely continue using them and enthusiastically recommend Barker Shop and Ibrahim to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and truly excelle

I’m not one to complain or leave reviews- with this being the first review I’ve ever made. I’ve used this mobile grooming service multiple times in the past, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. For a $300 grooming, my golden retriever was returned still damp and smelling like wet dog, shedding excessively with loose hair everywhere, and with uneven ear trimming (cut too short to be corrected). There were also mats left behind his ears, and I had specifically requested no haircut—just a clean-up. The groomer also arrived about 30 minutes late. I was also surprised to see that the groomer had his own personal dog in the van during the appointment, which felt unprofessional. When I reached out to customer service, I was offered a follow-up visit to “fix” the haircut, but given the ears were already cut too short, that isn’t a realistic solution. I requested a partial refund and that was not accommodated. On top of poor communication. I’ve been a loyal customer, so this was really disappointing. I will no longer be using them and I hope they take feedback like this seriously and improve both their grooming quality and customer service.

We’ve been using Barkershop Mobile Grooming since June 2024 for our standard poodle, paying over $200 per groom with tip. Our first groomer, Nicole, was excellent, but after she was unexpectedly replaced without notice, the quality and consistency declined significantly. We experienced multiple groomer changes with minimal communication. Most recently, despite providing a photo and clear instructions (about a 1-inch cut, not shaved, and to keep her top knot full), our dog was shaved down to 1/4 inch with an uneven, poorly shaped top knot and an asymmetrical face. When we reached out with photos, the only solution offered was to send the same groomer back, which was not appropriate given how short she was already cut. At this price point, the lack of communication, inconsistency, and poor quality is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Barkershop Mobile Grooming.
