Bark n' Purr Boise

I used to go to get cat products that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Today I walked in to find Honest Kitchen products. Was asked if I was looking for something almost immediately and shown where to go. Even got signed up for a rewards program. Will be returning.

I love this little shop. Even though it isn’t the most conveniently located store for me, I come back because of the customer service and wide variety of things they offer. Today when I got my dog food, someone came up and offered to take my large bag of dog food to the counter so I didn’t have to walk around with it. Then upon check out, without asking, sweetly carried it out to my car for me. Customer service like this is not found everywhere anymore, and I appreciate the genuineness, thoughtfulness & kindness from the staff here.

I cant believe the depth of knowledge the staff have about their products, and the variety of the selection available here. Its clear these folks really care about what they do. They were so helpful and they were able to help me find exactly what I needed. They also carry a great selection of functional mushrooms products made just for pets.

This place is amazing. The self service dog wash is so awesome. It works like a car wash where you can change the water from fresh water, soapy water, conditioner, and even flea treatment. This was the first time I went and one of staff walked me through how to use everything perfectly. I will be back every week. But this next time I'm going to make sure to buy some of the many treats and Dog bones they have

I have two cats, Luca and Oliver. It is important to me that my boys have.the highest quality food, snacks, and toys. Bark n’ Purr makes doing that easy. Independently owned and operated, Bark n’ Purr is my favorite Idaho pet store. They carry high-quality products. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have an outstanding selection of products for dogs as well. Highly Recommended!!!
