I brought two dogs in a Newfoundland and a great Pyrenees they both hadn't been groomed in a while since the last groomer stopped grooming. So they did have mats. First we brought them in and a guy called and was rude as anything saying he couldn't do all the mats it would take all day and he wasn't gonna do it instead he wanted to shave them. I said ok but please don't shave to the skin because of the sun if they go outside. First he did it anyway and second they didn't even do the Newfoundland they said they ran out of time. I scheduled 2 months in advance they knew they were both big dogs and I told them about the other groomer stopped grooming. Told them they probably did have some mats and they said ok and scheduled for both. Now I took them in at 9am and they called at 1 and said they could only get one done. Now to me this is unacceptable. I was looking for a new groomer and after they fix they other dog will never go back. Don't recommend at all.

Great place!! I brought my golden retriever, Maggie, in for her first ever grooming and they did a great job!! I cant remember the groomers name, I have an government id card just so I remember my own name never mind anyone else's, but he did great with her. They had to cancel my first appointment due to the groomer having a family emergency and I got that call close to the appointment time. I live 100 miles away, so had I had to drive their for just that, it would have sucked, but I was in town for other stuff anyways and staying the week with family. They rescheduled with this understanding and on the appointment day I received a call from the groomer saying he was ahead of schedule so I could bring her in early. He took great care of her and she looked fantastic as she tried dragging him across the floor to get to me when I went to pick her back up. I would recommend them and will definitely bring her back.

Tommy has groomed my dog Kush twice now and he does an AMAZING job!!! The staff are always so friendly and the price is extremely generous for the work they do. I would recommend this place to anyone even if it’s as simple as a nail trim, my dog has never been more comfortable with a group of strangers. 10/10 for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their atmosphere and customer service is absolutely amazing. My dog immediately took to them and she was treated so well. I will definitely be back. Did I mention that they did a fantastic job?

Our boys had a pleasant and stress free grooming. My oldest can be a little anxious but he felt right at home here. Dogs have great judge of character afterall
