I’ve been bringing my dog to daycare at Bark ATL for about 5 years now, and they’ve always taken such great care of her. I really appreciate how quick they are to respond to reservation requests (even at the last-minute), and they've helped me out of a pinch more times than I can count! The single time I didn’t hear back on a reservation request, the manager, Brian, went above and beyond by offering us a free day of daycare to make up for it. The staff are super friendly and genuinely care about the dogs, and I always feel confident leaving my pup in their hands. Thanks Bark ATL!!

My dog boards there all the time. Every time has been great. Had one recent mixup with a lost leash, and they went above and beyond to give me a temporary leash and deliver the original leash back to my house.

We left our Puppy for daycare while in Atlanta, it was really easy to register. The staff was super friendly and they have cameras so one can see their pets. Affordable price, and the website has all the info needed. Highly recommend.

It's unfortunate I have to write this review, but I hope to help other dog owners make informed choices when it comes to where to board their pup. For context, my dog is fairly timid so it takes time for him to adapt to places, so part of the reason I liked this facility is because he seemed to enjoy his time there for the most part. Lately the cameras have been down and when I picked him up most recently after 1 night of boarding, there was a deep gash on his nose (photos attached). I was incredibly upset with the way it was handled to say the least. The person at the front desk (after collecting my payment) brings my dog out and nonchalantly remarks “oh he has a gash on his nose.” No explanation other than the cameras are down and he was being watched and wasn’t in a fight so think he may have just scratched his nose or was playing rough. My immediate thought was "no one thought it was a good idea to call me and let me know this happened." I am now about to incur additional cost bringing him to the vet as the gash is fairly deep. I won't be bringing my dog back to this facility (at least not until the cameras are restored). They just increased the costs of boarding which I woul

I have been using Bark ATL for about 5 months now, ever since my new rescue was ready. The parking lot is a little cramped but that doesn't change the great service provided. The staff have always been sweet and professional. On the cameras you can see them giving affection to the dogs as well as generally looking after them. I love watching my dog play with other dogs when I go into the office. It is so nice to have somewhere I feel comfortable leaving her when I need to travel. I have no complaints about the service my dog and I have received. She is very wary of people and she has warmed up to a few of the staff, which I think says it all.
