I could not be more disappointed with the Banfield Pet hospital in Bossier. We have been long time wellness plan user for years. My dog got a hacking cough / dry heaves which we had never seen before. I took our dog in arriving at 4:15 they close at 6pm and was told by the receptionist they were busy and wouldn’t see us. I pointed to the sign stating sick and injured animals are seen first and that we were wellness plan customers also and asked her again to speak with that vet. I shared that I had a 20 second video that showed the dog’s symptoms as he didn’t exhibit them constantly to see if it was an emergency or not. The receptionist went back and when she returned, informed me the vet refused to see us. I was shocked and disappointed beyond belief. The vets name is Dr. Woods.
