My pup and I are always welcomed with smiling happy faces and treated like family! It has easily become one of my pups favorite spots to stop! I love having my pup try out new treats and she has absolutely loved everything I have bought so far! We make frequent stops and I am very grateful for this shop, thank you Fam!!

Stopped in to see if they had bday cakes for dogs, which they do!!! Just a wonderful experience here first time stopping in, definitely would recommend them if you're looking for local and good quality items, great customer service too 10/10

Bad Dog Frida is the absolute BEST - their staff is not only knowledgeable and above-and-beyond helpful, but SO friendly and kind. I feel like Norm when I walk in and every staffer enthusiastically calls me, and my dog, by name! 😊

A lovely little shop that carries only the most tried, true and tested items! Staff is so knowledgeable. It was from them I learned a dollop of coconut oil is what my dog needed daily to avoid the anal gland expressions we were going to the vet for every 6-8 weeks. Some stuff for kitties too!

We had another great shopping experience! They carry all the best brands, everything is high quality so you don't have to look hard to find it. Friendly service with a sweet personal touch, they truly are a wonderful neighborhood store in Madison. Signs on the windows indicate they are welcoming to all, including private shopping for reactive dogs. It shows how much they care about their customers from all (dog) walks of life. We're grateful to have them on the East side of town!
