Autowash @ JFK Pkwy Car Wash

Low pressure, actually sad when you try to wash anything off. Also no real rinse setting, all soapy with no way to wash it off cleanly. You also HAVE to download an app to use the vacuums. Worst car wash I’ve ever used, and the owners reply to every negative comment like it’s the commenters fault. I read one where they suggested drying your car off yourself with towels because their wash dryer isn’t good enough. Audacious.

The automatic wash is great — when it’s not down/ out of service. I’ve been a member for some time and this wash location consistently has an automatic bay down/not operating. The kiosks are also more glitchy than other Autowash locations. It’s making me rethink my membership.

I had such a great experience getting my car cleaned here. The whole process was super quick and easy, and my vehicle came out looking completely spotless. It is honestly one of the best spots around if you want a fast and reliable wash without any hassle. I will definitely be coming back again soon. Ultimate Auto Wash

Touch-screen self-serve car wash bays. What could possibly go wrong? This car wash is virtually unusable and an insane ripoff since the installation of touch screen interfaces in the self-serve bays. The interface is incredibly slow (and you’re paying for this lag time) and switches randomly to other tasks in the middle of the one you’re working on. How such a product (capacitive touch screens where there is lots of moisture and spray) was ever brought to market along with the laggy user interface will someday be a study in business classes on business failure.

BEWARE - BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY! The self serve options work about half of the time. I've had issues in the past and reached out and had them resolved, but today I had an issue with the engine/tire cleaner function so I finished my wash using other options and reached out to Autowash to try to rectify the money I spent on features that didn't work, and they refused to issue any kind of credit or anything at all unless I download their app (and let them sell my data, no thanks!). They claimed their reason for not issuing the refund is because I used other functions in the car wash, and they don't issue partial refunds, however they said if I download the app I'll get a $30 credit. So they're admitting they owe me for overpaying, but refuse to refund it unless I give them my data and download their app. Watch this video if you are considering coming here, so you at least know what to expect.
