I had a very troubling experience at Atlanta Pet Resort - Marietta when picking up my dog. When I arrived, the assistant manager brought out a dog that was not mine and attempted to send me home with it. When I immediately pointed out that the dog was not my pet, he appeared unconcerned about the mistake. Rather than taking ownership of the situation or investigating further, I ultimately asked to go to the back area myself, where I found my actual dog. As a pet owner, this was alarming. The fact that a facility entrusted with caring for animals could nearly release the wrong dog raises serious concerns about their identification and check-out procedures. Even more disappointing was the lack of urgency and accountability shown by the assistant manager when the error was brought to his attention. After speaking with another manager, I was assured that the incident would be investigated and that I would receive a follow-up call regarding the findings. Unfortunately, after several weeks, I never received any communication. The lack of follow-through only reinforced my concerns about how seriously this incident was taken. This experience caused unnecessary stress and completely und

We have had some mixed experiences with doggie daycare so we were nervous as first timers here but the Atlanta Pet Resort team at the Marietta location took AMAZING care of our 100lb German shepherd/lab mix. He has separation anxiety so can have a hard time warming up, but it is clear from the many photos shared and by his demeanor when we picked him up that he had a GREAT time spending the day here. Cannot recommend this team enough!! Amazing care and great pricing.

I had a horrible experience. I boarded my dog here for 24 hours and she was returned to me bleeding from her paws, smelling like death (maybe a skunk? idk), and had diarrhea. Some incident clearly occurred but the one time they answered the phone they said they would check and get back with me. They have not gotten back to me and I have been calling and leaving messages. They are not watching out after your pet here and they clearly do not care if your pet gets hurt. I beg anyone to reconsider leaving your pet in their care. Edit: It has been two weeks with no real answer. They did finally call me back and referred me to a third party manager who is not on the premises and has no idea what happened. They said they will check cameras but after two weeks I doubt they will have any information for me. They do not care to figure out what happened, at the very least in order to prevent this from happening to other dogs. I repeat THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, only about making money.

We’ve had a great experience with Atlanta Pet Resort for both boarding and daycare. Our dog always comes home happy, tired, and well cared for, which gives us a lot of peace of mind when we leave her there. The staff is friendly and clearly loves the dogs, and the outdoor play areas are really nice and give the dogs plenty of space to run around and play. It’s obvious they take good care of the animals and make sure they have a fun, safe experience.

I am in training with the rescue dog that I've had for a few years and not known exactly what to do with him. I remembered that the Atlanta pet resort was down the street and dropped in one day and bought his records the following day and had him stay. I was very impressed with the wonderful crowd of people that they have working for them and the care that they took to my concerns with my dog. It helped me to understand since I am still in training with the dog that socializing is one of the major things that helps him and they definitely have it there in every way. Thank you all at Atlanta pet resort in Marietta Georgia. I am most grateful for you all and so is my dog.
