Menlo Park is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Menlo Park follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Luxurious spa experience. We went 2 hours before our service to check out the gym, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and shower before your service. They also provide coffee, tea, water, or champagne for you too, which we grabbed and relaxed in the outdoor area. Facilities were great. There was a co-Ed indoor and outdoor area as well as a separate female and male lounge. There are snacks like trail mix and chocolate almonds and water and tea. They provide you a nice robe and slippers to walk around the spa and clean towels are replenished in front of each shower. Great maintenance team. You can even dry your bathing suit that only takes 10 seconds. As for the massages themselves, my mom and I both loved our service. I had Fusako for deep tissue and she was amazing. My mom had Cheryl for Swedish massage and loved her too. Comfortable massage chairs that can move up, hot towels and bean bags, relaxing music, lavender small ambiance. I didn’t want the massage to end. Great experience, recommend.

I was very disappointed with the massage I got. I have had massages in the area for much less yet they were much better. I’m a massage lover and have had them done around the world. I even told the receptionist that your manager needs to go to Turkey to find out what a good massage is. It’s not rubbing fancy oils. I don’t care how fancy the place is as long as it’s clean and gives a good massage. Rosewood has a standard but this was very disappointing. I wasted my $550 that evening. I’m so disappointed and never plan to come back to this place.

I think that the facilities are great they are new and clean the sauna steam room are also great the Jacuzzi is also great. Everything is absolutely amazing, but I will say my massager was amazing but the second person got massage. Their massages wasn’t as great and it was worth it, but I definitely think it’s worth only a one time but still very nice and luxurious all through the spa it smelled amazing.

I had an amazing time here! It is located perfectly around the back where it’s peaceful and quiet. I was greeted with a warm smile and hello by their spa concierges. They offered me water, tea or sparkling wine before entering the locker room. I chose tea to start my relaxation time and since my 90 minute deep tissue massage was at 8am on that Black Friday morning! :D It was busier than I had anticipated so I was only able to enjoy the steam room all by myself. The massage was incredible! Sandra, my therapist was attentive and highly skilled. She also helped me find the lounge area where I was supposed to meet her. Thank you Sandra for taking such good care of me! I can’t wait to return.

Sense is an ultra-luxurious, peaceful, and gorgeous spa located in the Rosewood Sand resort. Surrounded by picturesque mountain views, this spa is the perfect location to spend a day pampering yourself or celebrating a special occasion. Most recently, I enjoyed a spa day, a birthday gift from my husband. For a Monday, it was an incredibly relaxing and peaceful experience. I enjoyed a 90-minute Swedish massage, although the pressure was slightly more firm than I had hoped. Additionally, I loved relaxing in the cozy relaxation area and private outdoor courtyard and using the amenities, such as the sauna and steam room. Complimentary champagne, tea, and light snacks are also provided for you. My only comment about Sense is that they should offer more of an extensive menu for food besides the complementary light snacks available. Besides that, I've always had a lovely experience at Sense, and I highly recommend it.
