About Ark's Pet Grooming

Ark's Pet Grooming is one of the pet groomers listed in Englewood, Colorado. The business is registered at 1220 E Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO 80113; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Englewood keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. The listed phone number is (303) 956-5765. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, localdogshelters.net.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 91 reviews, which is a strong result for a pet groomer in Englewood and suggests consistent service.

Englewood is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Getting around Englewood is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Colorado's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We absolutely love Ark's Pet Grooming! Noodles is a long-haired shepherd mix, and every time she goes in for a blowout, she comes home looking absolutely amazing. Her coat is so soft, fluffy, and shiny, and the best part is that she barely sheds for days afterward—it makes such a huge difference! We're especially grateful for how patient and wonderful they are with our other dog Waffles during nail trims. Waffles has plenty of opinions about getting her nails cut, but they handle all of her craziness with so much kindness and patience. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands. Everyone there is so friendly, and it's obvious they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. We always leave happy, Noodles always looks (and smells!) incredible. We recommend Ark's Pet Grooming enough!

So lucky that we found Ark’s grooming for our pup. Molly and team are the best folks we’ve ever been to and we always feel awesome knowing they’re taking care of him. Can’t recommend them enough!

This place is AMAZING! I can't believe I never knew about Ark's- I have lived about 2-3 blocks away for over 10 years!!! I found it only by the google business reviews; they won't have a website or an official google business profile, and there's no sign on the building. I'm so glad I called them, I am a furever client now. I took my english bulldog and our foster dog (pittie) who most likely had never been groomed in her entire life. When I picked them up they were SO HAPPY! Both of them walked in and strutted out with smiles and swag! My bully LOVED the staff here and normally he doesn't enjoy baths. Our former foster girl (now adopted by her new momma) also LOVED the grooming experience and she didn't like being brushed and was too skiddish to try to do it on my own in the bathtub at home. Making an appointment for Chewy this week!

Superb grooming services! I’ve been taking my cat to Ark’s every six months or so for many years and he always comes back very relaxed and happy, and looking so handsome. 😊 I come all the way from Lafayette and I wouldn’t dream of taking him anywhere else!!
