Took Shadow in for the Furtastic Bath & Brush and it was worth every penny. They did the blueberry facial, de-shed treatment, hypoallergenic shampoo, and teeth cleaning, and my pup came out looking and smelling amazing. Coat was noticeably softer with way less shedding after, and you could tell they were gentle and patient the whole time. Booking was easy and pricing was clear upfront. Highly recommend if you want your dog to leave pampered and looking sharp. Will definitely be back!

I’m really happy with how Bella looked after the grooming session! The groomer did a wonderful job! I especially appreciate that they didn’t ask me to give Bella any calming pills. I also love the thoughtful touches — a cute scarf and a ribbon! Those little accessories make Bella extra adorable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Was at the vet today and noticed this groomer right next to it. Decided to pop in and see if they could fit me in, and they could with no issues, in and out in 30 mins! These people are super nice and they were able to handle a reactive German Shepherd without any problems! Was very nervous bringing in this dog since he's very timid and can bite when anxious, but he seemed to calm down very quickly and loved the groom! They clipped his nails down and gave him a much needed bath with some extra cologne. He smells very good now and couldn't be happier! All three ladies were extremely nice, helpful, and caring! But also, they were excited to do the groom and didn't hesitate when I mentioned he's a reactive dog. Im not sure why they have so many one-star reviews, maybe those people just caught them on a bad day, but they were awesome in my opinion! Great prices too! Full bath, nail trim, ear clean, cologne, came out to be about $55 with the 10% new customer discount. 10/10 groomer, please at least give them a try, cause they really are awesome! I just took my dog to Aqua Dog for a nail trim. We're new to the Newburgh area. I was required to show my dogs' rabies vaccination records, which I think is really good for the safety of the other dogs and the employees there. We were set up in their system in minutes. They're very nice and attentive to the dogs. The space is very clean. Thank you, we'll be back!

Wow! Staff that truly enjoy taking care of our precious furry family members. Especially those that has special needs. We were so nervous about leaving our deaf K9 to have his first grooming appointment ever. It was an absolute success! They were gentle and understood the situation with him. They did an amazing job and he looks amazing, and so does his brother too!
