Popped in just to grab a few items and learn how to get my new hot tub started. Martin was extremely patient with me and taught me everything and then some. The selection was amazing. Definitely the go to spot for any hot tub needs in Greeley

BEWARE: this company is in chapter 11 Bankruptcy for not paying their bills. When they do get good reviews it’s when they bribe the customers with discounts. Buy your chemicals and filters from MasterSpaPartsonline it’s way cheaper like 50-60% cheaper. Don’t pay the steep prices to a company that treats customers and employees like trash. They charge whatever they want for the spas there’s no set prices. So don’t buy same day. Negotiate but frankly you’re better off with Bullfrog or Hot Springs. Two of the absolute best ask any tech

Welcome to Aqua Spas where you’ll be greeted with the worst service ever, the worst follow up ever, the shadiest business practices ever, the cheapest covers and lifters ever, insane trip charges even under warranty. Read their reviews. The owner said the. Reviews are AWESOME. Go back and take a tally of the good and bad reviews over the last 20 and tell me what you see. It doesn’t take a genius to see that this place is unstable, low character, not customer first, unorganized, non process oriented and it’s no shock they’re in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Good luck getting service when they go out of business soon.

We found the best solution for a family with tall and less tall people. Martin was great to work with- knowledgeable, courteous, and gave us a great deal. Highly recommended!

We purchased a hot tub from Aqua Spas, the staff at the store was so helpful and knowledgeable about how to start up our hit tub. I went into the store to purchase a new filter and they were so kind. My water had a green tint to it so they helped me get my chemicals right and helped me fix the solution. I highly recommend them for all your hot tub and chemical needs.
