We had to leave my baby for 10 nights for a vacation that was planned before we got it was very hard to leave her. I decided since we were going to leave her training would do us all some good and a lifetime investment. So we did the 8 day train and board then added 2 additional nights of boarding and of course treats, bedtime snuggles, baths and photos we added. We are extremely pleased with everything and enjoyed our vacation. We missed her but didn’t worry she got the best care and learned the things she needed. Upon picking her up I observed her interaction with Austin and Abby and knew we made the right decision she also had a few trips to pet smart with the other trainer which I can’t remember her name but we received videos of their outings and she did great. 100% recommend them for any of their services. We have progressed from daycare to boarding a couple of nights to the big stay and training and as you can see from long post we can say enough and are so grateful for all the staff for loving our Preslee girl♥️ Posting review from family members Google email because I don’t have one and not computer savvy 😳Carla Smith Preslee’s momma.

I’m so pleased with Annie’s Rough House ! My dog Vito, cannot wait to go and comes home happy and tired from all the fun. The staff and owners are friendly and conscientious. I’ve boarded him there as well and trust he’ll be well taken care of and KNOW he’ll have a ball! Wonderful environment for dogs to play in big yards for running & play! We are big fans!

The current young employees are fantastic. They're very friendly and always answer calls quickly. My biggest concerns are the long-time employees Deb, Eric, Allison and others are no longer there. There's also been others who've left recently. The yard's covered in dirt and mud. When asked yesterday why she's not briefly hosed off, it's "not standard protocol." How am I to know if my dog is coated in mud til I pick her up but I'm told she can't get a bath because it's not advanced notice.I'd think at least a hose-down would be standard protocol when this filthy. And this has been 5x recently. The staff's always been friendly and helpful but my dog can't continue leaving this way every week. But I do believe they love the dogs but instead of about $30 it'll cost about $65 every time. They wet the dirt for the dogs to cool down and then leave the dogs coated in wet clay. That's like charging a parent for childcare, having paint sessions and expecting a parent to pay more because you allowed them to become covered in paint. I can see why dog owners are a fan of artificial turf now.

We boarded our pup, Gunner, with Annie's while we were on vacation and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. This was my first time ever boarding a dog and I was very anxious about it. After tons of research and asking everyone I knew for recommendations, we decided to give Annie's a try- and I am so glad we did. They had us start with a disposition test, then we did a one-night trial stay, and then the big one-week trip. From the very beginning, the staff was kind, professional, and so understanding of my nerves. They were fantastic about answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. And once I saw the first few photos they sent of Gunner playing and clearly loving life, I KNEW we had found the right place. He had the time of his life, made friends, played nonstop, and even had his first mud bath! Annie's is an hour away from us but it's 100% worth the drive knowing our pup is being loved, well cared for and treated like one of their own

Our pup has been going to Annie's for only a few months now, but it's top on his list!! He knows as soon as we turn the corner where he is going and he gets so excited! I swear they love our boy just as much as we do! He goes to Daycare weekly and has stayed there and boarded when we went on vacation. He loves the add on individual play and we love the baths after muddy days of playing! The owners and staff are just phenomenal people! Very knowledgeable in canine behaviors and temperament. I'm so happy our Turkey boy has a fun & safe place to get his energy out and socialize! Turkey spent a week training with AJ & Austin and we were shocked at his transformation!
