We rescued our dog from 2016 October. His name was Junior. We named him Sam. We love and adore him.

I visited this shelter after noticing it while driving by, as I regularly check on animal facilities. What I saw was extremely concerning. The property appeared unclean and poorly maintained, and multiple dogs looked stressed, withdrawn, or in rough physical condition. The overall environment did not give the impression of a place where animals are receiving proper care, attention, or enrichment. I want to be clear that this is based on what I personally observed during my visit, but the conditions I saw raised serious concerns about the standard of care being provided here. Compared to other shelters I’ve visited, this stood out in a very negative way. I strongly believe this facility should be looked into by the appropriate authorities or animal welfare organizations. At a minimum, the conditions I observed warrant closer attention. The animals here deserve better than what I witnessed.

Very disappointing experience. Right away the workers seemed uncomfortable and dismissive towards my family but nice to the family next to us. When we tried to apply for a dog they told us their manager isn’t there to process applications that day. But a couple turned theres in and it was taken to another room and they weren’t told any thing about a manager not being there. We left with our application and will go somewhere else that doesn’t bring race into it. Sad that a dog could have had a loving home and family that day.

Extremely happy with my experience adopting my new buddy Moose. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They allowed me to meet him and prepared me for dog ownership and I can tell they took amazing care of him while he was at the shelter. I would HIGHLY recommend adopting from here. Thank you for my new best friend!
