I love that they can get you in the same day. Although I couldn't find save day I was about to get an appointment next day. I have sugar gliders. The price was more than what I was quoted other place for the well glider but the same for my sick one.

We are VERY disappointed with this hospital. We brought in our bearded dragon to get checked out...he had not really been eating, seemed a bit lethargic, etc. We spent at least $500 to have tests and stuff run, to include checking his poop for parasites, and all of the tests came back okay. They gave us some critical care food to give him because they said he was losing weight. Now, fast forward 3-4 weeks... Not much improvement for him, so we took him elsewhere. That doctor said that he was actually overweight, commenting on the size of his tail and the roof of his mouth was yellow. She ran parasite test on his poop, and was upset...apparently Animal Kingdom only looked for a single parasite, because she found that our dragon had not 1, not 2, but 3 different parasites! How does Animal Kingdom not catch that??? We were finally given meds to give him yesterday, but all us of are very concerned that we should have known 3-4 weeks ago about his health and we could have treated him better then. He may have been recovered by now...! I hope that he will survive and return to normal, but we are afraid that it may not be the case...and I will 100% blame Animal Kingdom for not giving us a

I am writing this review to thank Animal Kingdom for showing our family such empathy during our recent pet loss. Our chicken, Lilly, had recently passed away. She was 9 years old, and we raised her from a little chick. To say we are hurting from her passing is an understatement. Last week we received a sympathy card from Animal Kingdom with numerous staff members' names handwritten inside. I truly appreciated this gesture and the personal touch it carried. Lilly meant so much to us. She traveled from Portland, Oregon to Michigan seven years ago, staying in multiple hotels and sitting through long hours on the road. It's a fun story to share, and it's wonderful to know she had adventures in her life. She was more than a chicken — she was part of our family. You have our business for as long as we have chickens. The care you showed spoke volumes to us. Thank you for recognizing Lilly and her life.

I have nothing but good things to say about this vets office, honestly. Every time I've taken one of my pets here, they have been an incredible help, the staff are all kind and patient, and a joy to chat with. The Techs are all super nice, and the Vets are not just patient, but extremely good at their job. They will run through what's going on with your pet, talk through the different tests available as well as the price points, and work with you to figure out the best solution for both your Pet's health and your budget. They've gone above and beyond pretty much every time I come here. They've looked up my cat food brand after my appointment and emailed me the calorie information and how much I should be feeding my cat to help him lose weight at a healthy rate. They've printed out information packets for me all about how to properly care for my bunny, and so much more. And they really put the animals' health as a first priority. When I brought my bunny in for a check up, I asked about and was willing to pay for blood work, and my vet was honest about the risk over reward for drawing her blood, because it's dangerous to stress them out and we decided not to risk her health unnece
