Animal Kingdom Pet Resort

I do not recommend this business because, as a longtime customer who trusted them with my dog for years, I was deeply disappointed by their refusal to take accountability, their defensive response when concerns were raised, and their lack of communication after my dog was injured and required ongoing veterinary treatment which has now cost me upwards of 1k on top of the 520 I paid for boarding/grooming. My dog, Daisy, was healthy when I dropped her off for boarding and grooming. After her stay, I noticed a change in her behavior that eventually led to a veterinary visit where injuries were discovered. Since then, she has required multiple veterinary visits and ongoing treatment. What is most upsetting is not that an accident may have happened but the way the business handled it afterward. Instead of showing accountability or working with me to understand what happened, they became defensive and focused on proving that they could not be responsible. I received lengthy emails insisting that the injuries could not have occurred under their care and was even told that because Daisy was happy and excited to see me at pickup, nothing could have happened during her stay. We were in town for a visit and our pup recently lost his best buddy. We didn't want to leave him alone for an extended period. He loved Animal Kingdom. Bonus was that he was thoroughly tuckered out after his stay.

Very friendly and take good care of my dog. He is always eager to go in when we get there, which is a great sign!

Our pup loves it here, the minute we pull into the long driveway, he’s barking to get out of the car. can’t get in fast enough!

We just recently boarded our two elderly rescue dogs at Animal Kingdom Pet Resort. We had a fantastic experience. Terra and her team took exceptional care of our dogs. They took the time to evaluate our dogs to determine their specific boarding needs. Our dogs are anxious and haven't been in daycare in years, so they were deemed appropriate for the "private play" option instead of full-blown daycare. A lot of other facilities don't have that kind of flexibility. In other places, if your dog is too overstimulated by the daycare, they can't board there at all. That is not the case with Animal Kingdom Pet Resort. This facility is a real gem. We will certainly be using their services again!
