Terrible. Just terrible. The staff were very unwelcoming. It was our golden doodles first hair cut so we were nervous. His hair was pretty long and out of control, plus it was almost summer so we told them to shave him. He came back to us all shaved except for his head…they refused to touch his head because he kept moving and had had enough for one day. So he looked like a skinny, black, lion. I asked them to please do something with his head because he looked rediculous. They refused and said it wasn’t safe. I then had to purchase my own dog clippers on Amazon and shave his head myself…that was fun.

Horrible unprofessional staff. my appointment got pushed back cause a dog came in before us needing extra help they said. when I came to get my dogs back they had refused to trim one of my dogs over him not wanting his paws touched. (a normal dog trait) and even suggested to medicate him over a lil paw anxiety. (being a training place you would think they could handle some paw anxiety) they completely shaved my actual anxious dog ( the one that paces back and forth around the house), but my calm cuddle bug they would not touch, purely cause he wasn't willing to give them his paw. very unprofessional to not only push my appt farther back, but to deny my dog over something so minor, then to suggest drugging him up. I 100% feel my dog was pushed aside to help the dog prior, and then with limited time to do mine they just up and refused giving an excuse and blaming my dog. the next day I went and picked up a new shaver and had him all shaved and clean with no issues. if you are not up to "their level of quality" ( ie did their training ) they will judge you. I've had multiple dogs who have gone through petsmart training, and I have felt judged by them for not using their tra

My pup loves going to Animal Kingdom! We utilize this business for grooming and doggy daycare. We have a golden doodle, and I’m never disappointed in his cut. Highly recommend!

Jeri and Hope are both amazing! I've never been disappointed when I picked up my adorable fur kids. They are both knowledgeable, caring, and patient with the animals. Honestly, I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my babies grooming!
