Came here on Saturday because my dog was diagnosed with pyometra on Friday and my vet wanted me to wait until Tuesday for surgery! This was our first ER visit ever and it was an amazing experience. Dr Maloy was very concerned for my dogs well being from the moment I called and she was just as sweet in person. My girl had a successful surgery and is recovering beautifully. Thank you to everyone here for your compassion towards my fur baby and myself ❤️

The entire staff could not have been more compassionate. I had a scheduled in-home euthanasia appointment for my 16yr old cat, but unfortunately in the middle of the night his health declined and I couldn’t wait that long. I took him to Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs. They were busy but were efficient and kept me informed of the whole process. It’s something you never want to go through but if you have to, I would highly recommend going here.

I cannot thank the team at Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs enough for the care they provided to our dog, Cairo, during an emergency. A special thank you to Dr. Landrum for being able to take us in during such a stressful and urgent situation. I am also incredibly grateful to Dr. Stahle for saving Cairo’s life. When Cairo was at risk of becoming septic, Dr. Stahle acted quickly and provided exceptional care. Throughout the entire process, she was compassionate, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly during a very frightening time. The professionalism, communication, kindness, and dedication shown by the entire team of Doctors and staff made an overwhelming situation much more manageable. While I hope I never find myself needing emergency veterinary care again, I am thankful to know exactly where to go if I do. Knowing there is a team like this available when every minute matters brings tremendous peace of mind. Thank you for giving Cairo the care he needed and helping him get back on the road to recovery. We will always be grateful. ❤️🐾

I was scared, new to this area, and had a sick cat at 10:30pm. Every person in this office was friendly and calming. They took great care of Gatsby and kept me up to date on what was happening. I hope I never have to use an emergency vet again, but if I did I would for sure return to this one. Thank you very much to the staff here, Gatsby is feeling great now.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care our dog received here during a true emergency. The team acted quickly and performed a lifesaving splenectomy to remove a mass, all while showing so much compassion and professionalism. The vets explained everything clearly and kept us informed every step of the way. We truly felt our dog was in the best hands. I would highly recommend this emergency center to anyone facing a scary situation with their pet. 🐾💙
