About Animal Crackers
Animal Crackers is a pet groomer in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 754 E Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522, which places it among the local businesses of Ephrata that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Ephrata, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Pennsylvania, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Animal Crackers at (717) 738-8033; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 265 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in Ephrata.
Ephrata is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ephrata follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Everyone always does such a great job grooming my difficult dog, Dozer, but Leah did an especially beautiful job today! Thanks to her and everyone else who always takes care of my boy.

Everyone here is wonderful and make you feel like family. My girls are meticulously cared for, loved & spectacularly groomed. They smell delicious for days. I moved almost an hour away but refuse to go to a different place because they both love coming here & all the attention they receive.

We had our Goldendoodle done by Animal Crackers and they did a very good job. I love their creativity and did the best job on his ears and was just the right amount on the trim job that I asked for. Great job !

They did such a great job at making my handsome guy look perfect!!! It's difficult to get an appointment without out a few weeks or more wait the last time I contacted , Ollie is most certainly way over due for a visit, but I can say they definitely did a wonderful job when he does get in!! Very reasonable rates and friendly

My regular groomer left this shop, so the owner groomed my dog. She asked me if I wanted the same as the last time & I said yes. She shaved my Cavalier, which the other groomer never did. And my dog now has a “flat top” on his head, instead of blending the hair with his ears. Any negative reviews on here say the same thing-long haired dogs being shaved. So either the owner/groomer doesn’t know how to cut long haired dogs or she has terrible communication skills. It should have been obvious that he wasn’t shaved before by looking at him before his grooming. When I complained, she said she followed notes from his last cut. The last picture (lying on the floor) is his last cut. She was very defensive, instead of being apologetic, which is not good customer service. This groomer has low prices, but they’re inconsistent with quality of grooming. If you need a basic clean, shave, and nails done, this is what they can do.
