I can’t say enough wonderful things about Animal Ark Veterinary Hospital in Franklin! Every single person there is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both you and your pets. From the moment you walk through the door, Athena greets you with such warmth and kindness that you immediately feel like family. She sets the tone for the entire experience. The technicians, support staff, and veterinarians are equally amazing—they are patient, understanding, supportive, and always willing to do everything they can to accommodate your needs and make sure your pets receive the very best care. You never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment. They truly care about your fur babies as if they were their own, and that kind of compassion is rare to find. Animal Ark gives me complete peace of mind. I trust them wholeheartedly with our fur babies, and I know anyone who brings their pets there will feel that same level of care, trust, and compassion. I am incredibly grateful to have found such an exceptional veterinary team.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Animal Ark for 20 years and always have been happy with them. Dr Paula is knowledgeable and cares about our furry family. If my dog has a problem I can always get in to see her within a day. Once she even came to my house to help me with my 14 year old, very sick dog. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Animal Ark for always taking such exceptional care of our Sophie. They truly handle her with the utmost gentleness and compassion. Whether we are visiting for a routine checkup or an urgent concern, Sophie always bounces back quickly thanks to Dr. Paula’s expert guidance and care plans. A special shout-out to those who routinely go above and beyond for us: Dr. Paula, Paige, Caroline, Kallee, and Beth. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Paula and the entire team at Animal Ark Animal Hospital are truly exceptional. I’ve been bringing my almost 9-year-old Pomeranian here since he was just one year old, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care we’ve received over the years. The level of compassion, communication, and professionalism consistently exceeds expectations. Dr. Paula takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer questions thoughtfully, and ensure I feel confident in every decision regarding my pup’s health. You can genuinely tell that the entire staff cares deeply about the animals they treat not just medically, but emotionally as well. Appointments are always efficient yet unhurried. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. The technicians and front desk team are kind, attentive, and responsive whether it’s a routine visit or something more urgent. It’s such a gift to have a veterinary team I trust completely. I’ve recommended Animal Ark to everyone I know who wants exceptional, compassionate care for their dogs and I will continue to do so. We are so grateful to have found them.
